Software Engineer (Full Stack)

As a Software Engineer at Flottando, you won’t just write code — you’ll help shape the product, the culture, and the future of how thousands of businesses manage their fleets.

We’re not looking for someone to just “build what’s written in a spec.” Here, engineers are owners. You’ll work closely with designers and other builders to ship fast, learn from users, and solve real problems with clean, scalable code.

What we’re looking for

• Some hands-on experience building real digital products (not just courses or toy apps)
• Interest in working full stack — our stack is Python (FastAPI), React and PostgreSQL running on AWS with a serverless architecture.
• Nice to have: Some FastAPI and Material UI knowledge is great, but not required. We care more about how fast you learn than what you already know
• Clear, independent thinkers who love building
• Bonus: you care about UX, performance, and clean architecture — not just "does it work?"

Here’s how it works:

• First interview (30 minutes, with a founder)
• Self-assessment questionnaire (5 minutes)
• Coding test (15 minutes) — even if you don’t know TypeScript yet, apply if you’re excited to catch up fast
• Technical interview (90 minutes)
